and delaying, of suggestions,  of interviews of
big things to come.

The waiting is over.

In less than 24 hours we will know.

My next post will be about the announcements.

Its been a long winding journey to get to this
point, lots of frustation, but finally all will
be revealed.

Xmas comes early.

One day left to Garth's big announcementSSSSS.

Laureus Sport Award: A Disaster for New Zealand Sport

Image
The New Zealand rugby team. A.K.A  the All Blacks for the color of their uniform, won team of the year at the Laureus World Sport Awards. This is the worst possible thing that could happen to New Zealand sport. What this is done, has given false credence to the myth that Rugby and the All Blacks are this global sporting Giant that the world loves, admires and has even heard of. What the New Zealand sporting media hasn't told the public, is that a good majority of the Judges are Ex Rugby Union players based in Europe. They also haven't told the public that, previous winners have included  The South African Rugby Team and The English Rugby Team, and previous nominees have included The Australian Netball Team, The Australian Cricket Team and The Australian Rugby Team. So why is bad?? It's bad because the media in New Zealand will now absolutely rammed down the public's throat that the All Blacks are known as the greatest sporting team on the planet, that supersedes any oth...

An Open Letter to TVNZ About their Olympic Coverage

Image
Dear TVNZ sports Journalists. I understand you will be sending a full team to cover the Olympics, even though Sky has the rights to show the events. I hope Andrew Saville and Jack Tame, cover the Olympics with the respect it deserves, and more so, with accurate reporting on what the world's media is focused on. Here is what the public doesnt want to see and hear. Please don't lie and tell us that the Rugby Sevens is the most popular sport in the Olympics. Please don't lie and say it's Rugby mania in the Olympic village, and the Sevens player's are the world's superstars. Please don't lie and say, Usain Bolt, Kevin Durant, Michael Phelps and the other International sports stars are in awe of the New Zealand sevens team. Please don't lie and say, most the world's media is focused on Rugby and nothing else. If your interviewing a Kiwi Cyclist, a rower, a swimmer, our track and field team, please ask them questions about THEIR events, not if they saw the...

Modern Family: Season 10 Episode 1: Review

Image
Never in the History of television has a show fallen from grace as much as Modern Family. The opening episode of Season 10 was as bad as television can get. There was no growth for any of them, the acting was so over the top, that it was at the cringe worthy stage. Who the hell did the make up for Hayley, she is a 26 year old woman, and it was like it was the first time she has ever put on lipstick. We had Julie Bowen, way over acting as Claire being a couch potatoe, we had Disney making sure that Ariel would be covered up because Disney girls apparently  don't have breasts, I wonder why Ariel Winter doesn't have a word to them about body shaming,  I guess her pay cheques comfort her. Then we had the storyline of Manny for some reason, has a fear of driving over bridges. The less said about  dressing up Jay in an outrageous outfit the better,  the hotdog eating competition didn't work, the only saving grace was the only part about Modern Family that still works,...
